SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Jenness Farms can ship our products nationwide and packages do not require a signature for delivery. We strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible and most orders can ship within 24-48 hours of the order being received. Currently we offer shipping via USPS in flat rate boxes shipped via Priority Mail. United States Postal Service orders can take up to 8 business days for delivery. A shipping quote will be provided to you at the time of purchase. Because Jenness Farms is shipping liquids, these items cannot be delivered to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Due to increased shipment costs to Alaska and Hawaii, these locations are billed additional shipping fees. You will be provided tracking on your order once it is processed for shipping.

Jenness Farms cannot accept returns on food products. If your food item was damaged during shipping we will work with you to get the issue corrected.
