From our Family to Yours
Vinegar and maple syrup production have been the lifelong interests of our founder, Joe Jenness. He and his family work together to make the highest quality product for family, friends and our valued customers. The farm, located in the beautiful Cass River basin in the Thumb of Michigan, is a unique climate for producing sugar maple and apple trees. We work in every season- a true spring, summer, fall and winter farm where we keep busy doing what we love.
